What if change began with understanding yourself
with more curiosity and less judgment?

A whole-person approach

Let’s look beneath
the surface.

You may have spent years thinking about what to eat, how much to weigh, or how your body should look. Coaching offers space to explore the stories and beliefs underneath those struggles.

Through mind body eating psychology and human identity transformation, we can explore how you see yourself, what you believe is possible, and how you want to move forward.

01 / FOOD

Understand your patterns.

Bring curiosity to eating challenges and the feelings, experiences, and beliefs that surround them.

02 / BODY

Make space for compassion.

Explore the stories you carry about your body and the way those stories influence your everyday life.

03 / IDENTITY

Reconnect with yourself.

Examine old beliefs and explore who you want to become, with room for a fuller sense of self.

Coaching alongside GLP-1 medication

Support for the
human side of change.

If you’re taking a GLP-1 medication and want to explore your relationship with food, body image, or identity, you are welcome here.

Our work can make space for the stories, beliefs, and questions you want to understand alongside your experience with medication.

Coaching supports personal exploration and growth. Medication decisions and medical care remain with your prescribing clinician.

Meet your coach

Hi, I’m Shannon.

I’m a health and wellness coach specializing in mind body eating psychology and human identity transformation.

My connection to this work is deeply personal. I’ve struggled with weight, eating challenges, and body image throughout my life. I understand firsthand how difficult that struggle can be, and I bring that lived experience alongside my professional training to my work with women.

I also bring personal experience with peptides and GLP-1 use, and with exploring how that experience fits alongside deeper work on beliefs, identity, and my relationship with food and my body. That perspective informs the space I offer clients to explore their own experiences and the changes they want to make.

I work with women navigating weight concerns, eating challenges, and body image who are ready to dive into their stories and belief systems in pursuit of lasting change. I also support women taking GLP-1 medication who want space to explore the personal work alongside it.
